JAWS is running but it does not announce any headings or read any text within the test. Pressing a letter key such as B does not navigate to buttons as expected.
JAWS may not recognize the web browser, or you have multiple web browsers open.
To resolve this issue:
- If the student's test is active, suspend the test.
- Close JAWS and any web browser applications.
- Relaunch JAWS.
- Relaunch your web browser. NWEA recommends using Mozilla Firefox.
