The proctor attempts to confirm a student test (through the admin console or proctor interrupt) and receives the message "Test restricted by frequency."

Your organization has the ability to restrict the number of times that a student may retest. If this restriction is enabled and a student has already completed the test once that term, this message will display next to the student name when the proctor tries to confirm the student.

Configure frequency restriction to unlimited:

Users with the System Administrator or Assessment Coordinator role can change the existing test restriction from Once Per Term to Unlimited. See Restricting the Tests a Student Can Take in the MAP Help Center.

Exclude the previous test from reports

Users with the Data Administrator role can exclude the previous test from reports to allow the student to test again. See Overriding a Test Restriction in the MAP Help Center.
