No data found for selected report

When ordering any report, you receive an error: "No data found for selected report".

This message will occur if there are no test events in the selected term. At least one completed test event must exist in a selected term to display data for this report.

If you know the student has tested, the student may not have all of the required attributes to make the student available in reports. Review the student profile to make sure all fields marked with an 'R' are populated using the following steps:
  1. Select Manage Students.
  2. Search for the student by name or ID and click Submit.
  3. Select the student and click View/Update.
  4. Make sure all fields are completed.
  5. Select the desired term and click View/Update.
  6. Make sure all fields are completed.
  7. Click Update Term.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Click Submit.

Changes will appear in reports the next day.

If you are trying to run a Student Growth Summary report, make sure there are completed test events for both growth terms in the report. For example, if you are running a Student Growth Summary report from fall to spring, completed test events must exist for both the fall and spring terms.
