{{Alert.Message}} when accessing test session

Symptom
When you try to access a test session, a blank page with the NWEA logo and the text {{Alert.Message}} appears instead. You may also see an actual alert message as well, but it may not be directly related to testing.

Explanation
This may occur if there is bad data in your browser cache or if you are accessing the testing session using Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported.

Solution
  1. Make sure you are using a supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. For details see System Requirements in the MAP Help Center.
  2. If the issue is occurring in a supported browser, clear your browser's cache: How to clear various web browsers' caches.
