Proctor cannot access Manage Test Sessions

Symptom
A user who wants to proctor tests does not have access to Manage Test Sessions in the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC).

Explanation
The user does not have any proctor roles assigned to their account.

Solution

Modify the user's account individually

A user with the ability to modify user accounts (Data Administrator, District Assessment Coordinator, or System Administrator) must add a proctor role to the user's account.

Modify accounts in bulk

A user with the data administrator role can assign a proctor role (and other roles) to users in bulk by importing the Additional Users roster template. This template is found in the Roster File Template document, downloadable from the Information Center in MARC.

 
If the user has a proctor role assigned:

  1. Confirm the user is logging in to MARC.
  2. Confirm the user is logging in with the correct username
    1. If the username is incorrect or they are not able to login, see: How to reset or retrieve username and password.
