Client-Server MAP: How to declare testing complete

When you have finished testing for the term, a MAP Coordinator must declare testing complete for the district.

To declare testing complete:
  1. Log into the Reports Site.
  2. Select Declare Testing Complete on the left under Actions.
  3. Select the term that you would like to close.
  4. It will default to the last day of your test window.
  5. Select Declare Testing Complete.
Once you have declared testing complete it will take overnight for the changes to be reflected on reports.

Additional information:
  • You cannot declare testing complete if your test window end date is in the future.
  • After testing has been declared complete, only the MAP Coordinator can make changes by contacting Partner Support.
