Some organizations will roster and start testing for a term before the NWEA default window start dates. NWEA default window dates: Fall: 8/15 - 11/30 Winter: 12/01 - 2/28 (2/29 for leap years) Spring: 3/1 - 6/15 Summer: 6/16 - 8/14
You may administer and upload tests before the NWEA Default Window dates. However, please be aware of the following issues.
- Reports for the term (including teacher logins) are not available until the start of the NWEA default window.
- The Enrollment Summary report is available for assigned tests and proctor login information for that upcoming term.
Adding students in NTE Admin 2:
- While you can add students to the term, teachers and classes will not be available until the start of the NWEA default window.
- Adding a student to a future default term in NTE Admin 2 will advance the Dynamic Reporting Suite (DRS) to that term. If you still need access to DRS reports for the current term, postpone adding future-term students until you have finished accessing current-term DRS reports.
