Along with the standard Class Roster File (CRF), districts also have the option to create and submit a Special Programs File (SPF). This file lists students who are involved with any special programs or special reporting groups.
The SPF data is imported to the NWEA database though a CRF enrollment. The two files are linked by the student name and ID, so your CRF and SPF must be submitted at the same time. All students included in your SPF must also be included in your CRF.
Please note: due to student privacy laws, all reports containing special program information will display percentage-based data and will not associate specific student names or IDs to results. Percentage-based information is frequently used to monitor special programs or as evidence towards justification of funding.
