This article provides information on how to check on the status of your Class Roster File (CRF) after uploading it to NWEA.

CRFs are handled in the order they are received, and they cannot be expedited. NWEA guarantees that CRFs will be processed in less than two weeks (14 days) from the date you uploaded your CRF, but we cannot give a more precise estimate. If we find errors or have questions, we will email or call whom you list as the the primary and secondary contacts for the CRF.

While the CRF is being processed, you can archive the NTE data for the previous term and start downloading test packages. When you receive confirmation that your CRF is complete, you can download school or district data as appropriate. See Client-Server MAP: How to upload and download data in NTE Admin 2.

You can contact NWEA Partner Support to request a status update for your CRF. Please have the following information available:
  • Name of the district
  • Date the Class Roster File was submitted
  • Name of submitter
  • Any known issues with the file
