Case Management in NWEA Connection

Use Case Management to open a new support ticket, follow up on an existing ticket and respond to feedback, or reopen a previous issue for up to 30 days after it has been closed.

To access Case Management:
  1. Go to NWEA Connection and log in using your NWEA Services login credentials. These are the same login credentials you use to log in to NWEA Professional Learning Online. You must be logged in to access Case Management.
  2. Select Support.
  3. Select Submit a Support Case located at the top of the space
  4. Review your Case History or Create a Case.

If you are unable to see your support cases:
  1. Contact NWEA Partner Support for more assistance.
