The iPad app gets stuck on a white screen after launch.

This occurs if the iPad does not have internet connectivity when you launch the app.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Disable Guided Access (if enabled).
  2. Force the app to close. See Force an app to close in iOS.
  3. Connect the iPad to the internet and verify connectivity.
  4. Relaunch the app.
