To calculate the total number of instructional weeks in an academic year, divide the total instructional days by 5 and round to the nearest whole number.

Instructional weeks before testing:
To calculate the number of instructional weeks before each testing term, divide the total instructional days from the beginning of the year until the beginning of your test window by 5 and round to the nearest whole number.
