"These Students are Ineligible to Test" error when confirming students

When trying to confirm a student to start a test, you get a message saying "These Student(s) are Ineligible to Test".

The error message indicates the student is only allowed to test once per term. See Test restricted by frequency to check for test frequency restrictions. If there are no restrictions by frequency, this message is an indicator that the student is active in another test session.

To be active in a test session, the student would need to be in a status of Confirmed, To Be ConfirmedPaused or Testing. Students in Suspended or Completed status are not considered active.

Check for active tests in other sessions. If the student has tested in another session today, verify that the test in the previous session is either completed, suspended, or terminated (note that terminated tests cannot be retrieved under any circumstances), or the test session has been closed. If the student is in Confirmed or To Be Confirmed status, from the Select Action menu choose Do Not Confirm to return them to Awaiting Student.
