When trying to end a test session, suspend a test, or perform other actions in a test session in the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC), the proctor console is unresponsive.

This may occur if your computer temporarily loses its Internet connection or if your secure session or login session times out.

To resolve this issue, try these troubleshooting steps. If the first step does not resolve the issue, continue with the next step.

Note: These steps will not disrupt student testing. The test session will remain active and students can continue to test. If necessary, you can enter proctor commands directly from student computer. See Keyboard Commands for Testing.
