Password reset email contains incorrect username

When trying to reset your password using the Forgot Username/Password link in the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC), the reset email sent to you contains the wrong username, and the password does not work.

Please contact your System Administrator to verify your username. The System Administrator should take the following steps in MARC:
  1. Select Manage Users.
  2. Select Include Inactive Users
  3. Enter the email address for the user.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Select the user displayed and choose View/Update.
  6. Enter the correct User Name.
  7. Click Submit.

If the issue persists, or if the username in the password reset email does not match the username in Manage Users, please wait 24 hours to attempt to reset your password again, or contact Partner Support for assistance.
