Introduction
How to access the Student Goal Setting Worksheet in Dynamic Reporting Suite.

Information
Educators can use the goal setting pages of this worksheet populated with each student's most current data to increase student engagement and ownership, and to evaluate ongoing academic growth.

The Student Goal Setting Worksheet is in the Dynamic Reporting Suite on the reports site. Use the following steps to generate the worksheet, depending on your login type:

MAP Coordinator or district level login:

  1. Log in to the Reports site.
  2. Select Dynamic Reports from the Data-Tools section in the left navigation section.
  3. Select Dynamic Reports to enter the reporting suite.
  4. Select Teacher Class Overview from the menu on the left.
  5. After you have selected the appropriate criteria in each section, select Run Document at the top of the page.
  6. Once in the Teacher/Class Overview report, select Projected Performance.
  7. Select a student’s name.
  8. Select a goal setting term.

Student Goal Setting Worksheets can only be generated for one student at a time when using a district level login.

 
Teacher or school administrator login
:

  1. Log in to the Reports site.
  2. Select Dynamic Reports from the Data-Tools section in the left navigation section.
  3. Select Dynamic Reports to enter the reporting suite.
  4. Select Student Goal Setting Worksheet from the menu on the left.
  5. After you have selected the appropriate criteria in each section, click Run Document at the top of the page.

You can print worksheets for an entire class with a teacher or school administrator login.

Troubleshooting display issues:
If you are using Chrome or Firefox, the formatting may display incorrectly on the Student Goal Setting Worksheet until you open it as a PDF. Once you click on the PDF icon in the upper left corner, the Student Goal Setting Worksheet will display correctly and can be printed from there.
