Introduction
A MAP Coordinator (or someone with access to a MAP Coordinator account) may make changes to a district's test window.

Steps

To modify or re-open a completed test window:

Your MAP Coordinator must contact NWEA Partner Support for assistance.

To modify an open test window:

  1. Log in to the Reports site using a MAP Coordinator or district login.
  2. Select Test Term Progress in the left navigation menu.
  3. Optional: Select a specific school, term, or window status (complete, incomplete, or all).
  4. Click Submit to view the test windows.
  5. Select one of the dates for the test window you wish to modify.
  6. Adjust the start and end dates as desired. The district test window dates must encompass all individual school test window dates.

To close an open test window (declaring testing complete):

  1. Log in to the Reports site using a MAP Coordinator or district login.
  2. Select Declare Testing Complete in the left navigation menu.
  3. Select the test term from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the test term end date in the form mm/dd/yyyy. You may click the [...] button to open a calendar and choose a date.
  5. Select Declare Testing Complete.

District reports, summary reports, and data on district averages will be available the next day.
