Introduction
How to generate an ordered report in Client-Server MAP

Steps
To submit a report order:
  1. Log in to the Reports site.
  2. Select Order Reports in the left navigation bar.
  3. Select the district or schools you would like to order reports for. To select multiple schools, hold down the Control key while selecting each school from the list.
  4. Select a test term.
  5. Select whether to use goal RIT ranges (numerical RIT ranges for goal areas) or goal descriptors (groups students by percentile rank into terciles: LO, AV, or HI).
  6. Select a grouping. You can group any report by gender or ethnicity. Summary reports can also be grouped by program.
  7. Small group display: Use this to generate summary data for groups containing fewer than 10 students.
  8. Select whether to have an email notification sent when the report order is ready for download.
  9. Select the reports you wish to order. To select multiple reports, hold down the Control key while selecting each report.
  10. Select Submit Order.

To retrieve a report when it is ready, select Retrieve Reports in the left navigation bar.

Additional info:
  • If you closed the test window today, you must wait overnight before ordering district summary reports.
  • Reports can take up to 72 hours to generate.
  • Only MAP Coordinators and School Administrators can order reports.
