Introduction
For students who are rostered at two schools (dually enrolled), their test results for the summary reports (District Summary, Student Growth Summary, Grade Report, and Projected Proficiency Summary) will only be included at the school of record.

Information
Summary reports will only display test data for the students school of record. Summary level reports are a summation of class level reports which are a summation of student level reports. If a student is in more than one class, we show that student's test results to all teachers, but only count them once in the school level summary. Similarly, if a student is enrolled in multiple schools, we show their test results to teachers at all schools, but only count them once in the school level summaries. In this case, they are counted to the school identified as the school of record.

If the students are dually enrolled, a user with the Data Administrator or Proctor role has to explicitly select the school of record in the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC). If the students have only one school, the school of record is set automatically.

The test results are always associated to the student and is based on where the student is rostered. Any report that does not include a school or district summary will show test results for both schools and not just the school of record, including:
  • Class Reports
  • Achievement Status & Growth
  • Student Progress Reports
  • Student Goal Setting Worksheet
  • Class Breakdown Reports
  • MAP Growth K-2 Class, Student, and Sub-skill reports.
  • The Comprehensive Data File (CDF) also shows all school enrollments, although just one copy of each test result.
