User profile updated but changes not showing in reports

The user's account was updated today, but the changes are not appearing in reports. For example, a user with the Instructor role is given the Administrator role but is still unable to see additional reports.

Changes made to a user's account (adding classes, adding roles, etc.) that affect reports access take full effect the next day, as reports are only updated overnight. The same is true when adding a new user.

Changes that do not affect reports (such as access to Manage Test Sessions when you add the Proctor role, or Manage Users when you add District Assessment Coordinator) take effect immediately.
