Reconcilable errors found message after fixing errors

You have fixed all reconcilable errors, but the Import Status page still says Data Validated With Errors - Reconcilable errors were found.

In most cases, this is normal.

If you have already fixed the errors, you can continue to post the roster.
  1. On the Import Profiles page, select Go to Import Summary.
  2. Under Errors, the total errors to reconcile should be 0. If not, select Reconcile Errors to fix any remaining errors.
  3. Select Post Valid Records. This is a white button towards the middle of the Import Summary section. If this button is not clickable, see Import loops with no reconcilable errors.
