Solution
Access to the MAP Skills dashboard requires the Instructor role and at least one assigned class (required to view the Dashboard and Students tabs, and assign missions), or the Administrator or Assessment Coordinator role (required for the On Track report).

The first error message occurs when the user profile attempting to access the MAP Skills dashboard has the Instructor role assigned, but no classes have been associated to it. It can be resolved immediately by adding at least one class to the Instructor role of the user's profile.

The second error message occurs when the user profile attempting to access the MAP Skills dashboard does not have the Instructor, Administrator, or Assessment Coordinator role assigned to it. It can be resolved immediately by adding the Instructor, Administrator, or Assessment Coordinator role.
