Symptom
Error: Students/tests not assigned to current term

Explanation
A user with the Assessment Coordinator or System Administrator role has the ability to inactivate tests, or to restrict tests by grade or by term. If you open a test session, and students in that session had been assigned a test that is now inactive or restricted, you will receive this error message, along with a list of the affected students and the tests assigned.

The error message also reads: "These students had previously been assigned a test which is no longer available or is restricted by term or grade. If you wish to continue using this Testing Session, please click the "Ignore and Continue" button."

Solution
Click Ignore and Continue. When the test session opens, select the students and assign the correct, unrestricted test.

If you believe the test is inactive or restricted in error, contact a user with the Assessment Coordinator or System Administrator role and ask them to change the test settings.
