Introduction
Student Profile reports can be printed for all or selected students.

Steps
While viewing any student in the Student Profile report:
  1. Click the Print and Share icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Batch PDF
  3. Select the subjects to print:
    • Math
    • Reading
    • Language Usage
    • Science
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select pages to include. (Note: Selecting all pages will have a big impact on the size of the report. For example: a class of 29 students with all subjects and options selected is over 850 pages. A class of 9 students is 67 pages.)
    • Student Profile Overview
    • Instructional Areas (learning statements). Caution: This option prints all of the "ready to DEVELOP" learning statements for each selected student and selected subject areas, requiring a large amount of paper.
    • Growth Goals (upcoming and previous)
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select Students:
    • Only this Student
    • All students in this class
    • Select students in this class.
  8. Click Create PDF Report.
  9. A green banner will appear at the top of the page indicating that the report is in process and will be available in the Reports Queue.
  10. Clicking the Reports Queue link will take you directly to the Reports Queue.
