You have an NWEA Connection account, but are unable to see your open support cases, participate in discussions, or access content related to a formative assessment workshop. You may get an "unauthorized" error when attempting to access this content.
This can happen if the account you are logged in to is not correctly associated with your district.
To resolve this issue:
- Verify that you are logged in.
- Verify that the email address for your NWEA Connection account matches your email address for other NWEA services, If not, add the email address that is associated to NWEA services. See How to add a new email address to your account in NWEA Connection
