The System Administrator has lost their password or username.

NWEA Partner Support does not have the ability to reset passwords. If you have forgotten your username or password, see How to reset or retrieve username and password.

If you do not receive this email, or if your email is not associated with your MAP account, another System Administrator in your organization must reset your password. If you do not have another System Administrator, please contact NWEA Partner Support.
