Symptom
After multiple attempts to log in to MAP Suite, you receive an error stating, "Login attempt has failed too many times. Please contact your Data Administrator for assistance."

Explanation
A message that the login attempt has failed too many times indicates that the login credentials have been entered incorrectly nine or more times. When this occurs, you will be locked out of the system until the issue is resolved by a System Administrator, Data Administrator, or District Assessment Coordinator.

Solution
Contact your System Administrator, Data Administrator, or District Assessment Coordinator, who can correct username errors if found and manually reset your password to unlock your account.
