The purpose of hand-scoring from the Reports section of MAP Reading Fluency, is to allow teachers to provide a score if one is not assigned by the system, or to override the automatic score if a teacher feels it does not reflect the student’s performance.

To hand-score a MAP Reading Fluency assessment, see the instructions in the MAP Help Center: Individual Student Reports > Audio Review/Hand Scoring.
