When taking a MAP Reading Fluency assessment, the student reports poor, garbled, or inaudible audio.

This can occur if the student is not using a supported browser, or there are problems with the student's web browser.

To resolve this issue, try the following steps. If one step does not resolve the issue, continue to the next step:
  1. Verify that the student is using a supported browser. See MAP Reading Fluency browser requirements.
  2. Clear the cache on the web browser. See How to clear various web browsers' caches.
  3. Move the student to another computer.

If the issue persists, please contact NWEA Partner Support.
