Student workstations that are left at the Start Test screen for more than 25 minutes will time out.

The Lockdown Browser (also known as NWEA Secure Testing Browser or app) and is designed to time out if a student does not click on Start Test within 25 minutes of being confirmed. The screen will return to the test session log in screen when they try to begin the test. If this timing does not allow for ample planning, the proctor can have the students join the session themselves. It may be helpful to write the test session name and password on a whiteboard so the students can join and search for their own names. They can then be confirmed by the proctor from the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC).
