"Student information did not load" error in MAP Reading Fluency

Symptom
When in MAP Reading Fluency, you get the error "Student information did not load".

Explanation
This error can occur in the Administrator view if the current term is not active.

Solution
Reactivate the current term to resolve this issue. Users with the District Assessment Coordinator or System Administrator role can activate terms.

To activate the term:
  1. Go to Modify Preferences.
  2. Select Manage Terms.
  3. Select the current academic year and select View/Update Terms.
  4. Locate the current term and select the Active checkbox.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom to save your changes. The error should stop occurring immediately.
