When viewing and modifying a student profile, the Add Term button is grayed out and the only option is to View/Update existing terms.
The School Assessment Coordinator has the ability to view and modify students at their assigned schools. However, they can only edit existing terms. They cannot add new terms to a student's profile.
If a user needs to be able to add new terms to a student profile, then the Data Administrator or District Proctor role should be added to their profile.
