A School Assessment Coordinator is unable to find a student profile under Manage Students. The search results indicate “0 student profiles found”.

This usually occurs when the student does not have a school assigned to their profile or the student is assigned to a school that the School Assessment Coordinator does not have access to. School Assessment Coordinators can only search for students who are assigned to their school. 

Contact the Data Administrator for your organization to check that the student and School Assessment Coordinator have been assigned to the correct school.
