When a student signs in to a MAP Skills mission, it loads to a blank screen or the mission has no content.
This can occur if the browser on the student's computer cannot access information about the assigned mission.
To resolve this issue, try these troubleshooting steps. If the first step does not resolve the issue, continue with the next step.
- Clear the temporary Internet files in your browser. See How to clear various web browsers' caches.
- Use another browser.
- Switch the student to a different testing device.
