A valid growth test is missing from the Student Profile Report but appears in all other reports.

This can occur if your browser cannot access information about the test event.

To resolve this issue, try these troubleshooting steps. If the first step does not resolve the issue, continue with the next step.
  1. Clear the temporary Internet files in your browser. See How to clear various web browsers' caches.
  2. Try another browser.
  3. Try another computer.
