Student name and test name too small on test session sign in screen

When a student signs in to a testing session in Windows 10, the Name field and Test field are too small.

This issue occurs if both the current version and an older version of the Secure Testing Browser are installed on the student's Windows 10 computer.

To resolve the issue:
  1. Log in to the student computer using an administrator account.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps & Features. A list of installed programs appears.
  3. Use the Search this list box to find the apps named NWEA Secure Testing Browser.
  4. Select each app and select Uninstall.
  5. After both apps are uninstalled, download and install the current Secure Testing Browser from Full instructions are available here: How to download, install, or update NWEA Secure Testing Browser for Mac or Windows.

If you use software deployment tools to install the Secure Testing Browser, you may need to update your deployment to check for an older version and uninstall it before installing the latest version.
