The proctor has assigned the English language version of a test, but the test is displaying in another language on the student's computer.
This may happen if the student is testing in a standard web browser (instead of the NWEA Secure Testing browser or app), and the browser (or a browser extension) is set to translate the page contents to another language.
To resolve this issue, disable the translation in your web browser. While NWEA cannot provide support for adjusting this setting in your browser, we do have the following 3rd party links that may be helpful.
