We have created test sessions for all grade levels under one proctor. We have started two test sessions, but it will not let us start any other test sessions. WHY? How can we start multiple test sessions using one device? Please and thank you.

Hi Casey! Proctors will only be able to have 1 test session open at a time and will not be able to start up another until they close out of the open session. Keep in mind that test sessions are not grade or test specific and you can add more students to an open session at any point.
