Did you know that you can access your support case history with NWEA? Beginning August 1st, 2016, we have made your support case history available for you to review. Cases that are 90 days old or less can even be reopened, if necessary. You may also submit a new request for help by clicking on Create a Case from the Case Management space in our community. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
