Student Progress Report Percentile Norms Retroactively Applied?

When I look at a student progress report, does it now show percentiles from the new 2020 norms? Or will it still show the percentiles that match with RIT scores from the old norms?

This includes going back a few years, such as a student who had a 204 RIT in reading in fall of 3rd grade back in 2017. Will the percentile on the student progress report for that score be for the old norms, or will it reflect the new 2020 norms?
