Can Family Reports be customized?

Hey, I've really got 3 questions that go with this one.

1) Can Family Reports be customized in what student growth percentile is shown? For example, the current ones for Fall 2020 all show the growth percentile comparing Fall 2019 to Fall 2020. I would like our district to use Fall 2020 as a baseline, so I want them to be grayed out or missing. Is that possible?

2) Will future Family Reports be customizable when it comes to the window? For example, in Winter 2020 I want the student growth percentile to reflect Fall 2020 to Winter 2020. Will this be the default setting? If not, can it be changed? Same for Spring 2020; I want it to show student growth percentile for Fall 2020 to Spring 2020. Will this be the default setting? If not, can it be changed?

3) Can someone explain the rationale behind why the 2020 Norms are retrofitted to past data like Spring 2018, Winter 2019, etc. It seems like it would make more sense to leave that data alone. I'm just curious why NWEA decided against that.
