What should a proctor do if a student's computer freezes and doesn't allow the student to select an answer on a test question?
Hi Dolores! If a student computer freezes you can try the option to pause the test and then resume from the Proctor station to see if that reactivates the test. If not, you can reboot the computer. Either of these actions will allow the student to resume the test at the point at which the test was stopped with no impact on the student's score. To see detailed instructions with illustrations on this issue please see the section on Student Computer Interruption in this Proctor Tips and Trouble Shooting Guide. If you have further issues contacting NWEA Technical Support would be an appropriate step.

Hi Dolores! As Jane mentioned, you can pause or reboot. Here's an article in the Community that highlights the steps from the Proctor Tips and Trouble Shooting Guide.
