Tip: Linking Studies and MAP Data

Discussion created by Danielle Kerns on Sep 28, 2018

Now that fall testing is beginning to wrap up, you can begin to use your students' RIT scores to help determine proficiency projections for your state's summative tests in spring and college readiness with ACT and SAT targets.

Use the Student Profile Report, Class Breakdown by Projected Proficiency or the Projected Proficiency Summary to see how students are expected to perform on state summative and college prep tests. MAP data is a strong predictor of performance expectations and can help guide instructional decisions in the classroom to ensure every student is successful.
