I have watched videos but they are not showing up as completed under transcripts. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I have made sure all green check marks are showing, so I know they are complete.

Next question, I have a teacher that says her privacy settings are set wrong for her to view a video....what does that mean and how can I help her?
Glad to hear partner support was able to help! For the teacher who cannot view the video, please send us the name of the course she's trying to watch and we'll look into it.
She got the problem worked out. She said it was a browser or network issue.
But now another teacher has a question. She unenrolled in a course, but now
wants to view it. (The Courses Tour video) That video does not seem to be
available to her now. How can she now access it if she unenrolled from it?
Please help me advise her.

For some reason when i helped her search for it it wasn’t showing up as an
option...maybe After she unenrolled in it she needs to log out and try
logging back in to nwea to see if she can search for it???

Try using the Search bar that is at the very top of the page in the middle:
It searches all courses rather than the search in My Courses, which only searches courses you are enrolled in. If it still doesn't show up, please contact our ProLearning admin for direct assistance: firstname.lastname@example.org
