I thought I would share this tip this week since it appears to be a common testing issue with so many students testing remotely this fall.
If a student reports seeing the Ooops! Where's my test window? message after logging into a test session, it usually indicates a pop-blocker has not been disabled, or that they accidentally closed the testing window.
