As we get closer to our re-launch date of October 31st, now more than ever it's important to log into our community, NWEA Connection to take full advantage of what our site has to offer. When you log into the community, this is what you will see:
- Your support case history. Every support case that you have submitted since 8/2/2016 is available to you to review. New issue? No problem! Just submit a new support case request and within 24 hours, you'll have a helpful response from our support team.
- Have a great idea or suggestion for one of our products? Our Suggestion Box space is regularly reviewed by our discovery teams looking for partner input on potential product inclusions on our roadmap. Many of your suggestions have already driven product changes.
- Discussion threads. Although you can see the communication that occurs in the current NWEA Connection experience, this feature will not be available after 10/31 if you do not log in. So log in to see all the great conversations that occur with our community members, and even contribute your thoughts as well. It's taken a village with educators like yourself to get through these times that we've never experienced before. It has absolutely warmed our hearts to see so many experienced MAP users help one other out during these unprecedented times.
We are here to help you help our students reach their maximum potential. Between all of us, we got this!
