For example, the middle school math teacher has four sections. Is there a way to set up for that teacher to review reports for each section?
yes. It is all in the way the roster is set up (and I have revised mine MANY times) AND, a second method, of attaching instructors or others to someone else's class. The second way is not difficult but complex in all the windows and checks that must be made. I had to call NWEA 3 times before I found someone who worked there for 7 years who was able to walk me through how to set this up. For our special ed teachers, I made them administrators so that they could get into every classroom to create and view reports. My successes have come with calling NWEA. (many times!)
The way I rostered my math teachers with several classes, for example, was to give them a homeroom 9, a homeroom 10, etc. I could also have given names such as Smith Algebra, etc. NWEA is good about walking you through how to do this.
Hi Ileana, Carole's response to your question is absolutely correct. Teachers are given report access to the students that have been added to a class by the roster file. They can also be given the MAP Administrator role which gives them access to all students within the school you apply to that role. Please feel free to reach out Partner Support if you need any assistance with this.
