Introduction
How to clear your cache.

Steps
The steps to clear the cache (also known as temporary files) vary depending on the browser you use. See below for the applicable steps to clear your temporary files for your browser.

Google Chrome (Mac or PC):
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (PC) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) on the keyboard to open the Clear browsing data window in a new tab. If this keyboard shortcut does not work:
    1. Select the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar: User-added image
    2. In the History sub-menu, select History.
    3. Select Clear browsing data.
  2. In the dialog that appears, select Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files.
  3. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything (recommended).
  4. Select Clear browsing data.

Firefox (Mac or PC):
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (PC) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) on the keyboard to open the Clear Recent History window. If this keyboard shortcut does not work:
    1. Open the menu icon in the upper right on the browser toolbar: User-added image
    2. Select History.
    3. Select Clear Recent History.
  2. Change Time range to clear to Everything.
  3. Expand the Details section. You may de-select all the options except Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.

Safari (Mac OS X):
  1. In the Safari menu, select Clear History...
  2. Set the Clear menu to all history.
  3. Select Clear History to confirm.

Safari (iOS):
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Select Safari.
  3. Select Clear History and Website Data near the bottom. Note that this will log you out of all websites.
  4. Select Clear to confirm.

Internet Explorer (PC):
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window. If this does not work:
    1. Open the Settings menu in the upper right. User-added image
    2. Select Internet Options.
    3. Select the General tab.
    4. Under the Browsing history section, select Delete...
  2. Select Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data. De-select Preserve Favorites website data, and all other options.
  3. Select Delete.

Edge (PC)
  1. In the Edge menu bar, select the Hub icon.
  2. Select the History icon.
  3. Select Clear all history.
  4. Select the Cookies and saved website data, and Cached data and files checkboxes.
  5. Select Clear to confirm.
