"No content available" after student logs in to MAP Reading Fluency

When a student signs in to MAP Reading Fluency to start an assigned test, they see a "No content available" error message.

This can occur if the browser on the student's computer cannot access information about the assigned MAP Reading Fluency test.

To resolve this issue, try these troubleshooting steps. If the first step does not resolve the issue, continue with the next step.
  1. Confirm test has been assigned from the Assignments tab.
  2. Clear the temporary Internet files in your browser. See How to clear various web browsers' caches.
  3. Switch the student to a different testing device.
