"Your account is not found" error when trying to log in

A user is unable to log in to the MAP Administration and Reporting Center and receives the message "Your account is not found. Please contact your Administrator".

This message occurs when a user attempts to log in using an account that has been marked inactive in the MAP system.

Users with the District Assessment Coordinator, Data Administrator, or System Administrator roles can modify user accounts to reactivate them as needed.

To find and reactivate an inactive user:
  1. Log into the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC) at https://teach.mapnwea.org.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Manage Users.
  3. In the upper right corner of the page, check Include Inactive Users.
  4. Search for the user's profile.
  5. Select the user and choose Activate Profile. A confirmation box will appear.
  6. Click OK.
  7. The change will take effect immediately, but reports access will not be available until the next day.
